I'd like to be able to identify which export is in each export email I receive.

The problem being, sometimes I complete multiple, large exports across multiple locations, and cant identify from the email which export is which, without downloading and unzipping the zip download (which is time consuming).

When exporting defect reports, the file names do not include apartment numbers, making it difficult to identify them. Including apartment numbers in the file names would streamline the process and save time.
