Pinpoint on a floor plan where defect/issue is - when logging defects or issues, it would be great to be able to drop a pin on the floorplan to pinpoint the exact location of the defect

Raised by Luke Bonaccorso, Mirvac NSW Post Completions. Mirvac has 135 open defects exported from RibCX to migrate, plus hundreds more in engineer defect reports on older buildings. There's no API or bulk import that writes directly into Defects. What we tried: Importing as Tickets, then converting each to a Defect via the Links panel. It fell down at the template step. Applying the defect template overwrote the imported title and description, the two fields carrying all the migrated content. Requirements also had to be rebuilt by hand, and Defect Round isn't supported by the Tickets API, so rounds and due dates don't populate automatically. Luke needs the data live by Monday, so is making them manually. It be great if we could expose Defects to the API and bulk CSV import the way Tickets are, covering title, description, location, assignee, photos, requirements and defect round.

I want to add the 'Corridor' location across all levels in my location tree. Currently this is a time consuming process that needs to be done level by level.

I want to be able to export the Milestone tracker as embedded Iframe so I can view this report for high-level reporting in other applications

For example: we require a certain concrete curing procedure if the weather reaches a certain temperature, if not we do not require it, with this concrete curing procedure we want to unlock a particular task. It would be good to unlock a task with an "IF" statement in this case.

Would be beneficial to allow images or table snippets to be embedded directly within the Acceptance Criteria section of an ITP. Many specification and standards requirements are presented in complex tables that are difficult to replicate in plain text. The ability to insert screenshots or reference tables would improve clarity, reduce misinterpretation, and provide users with easier access to the exact requirements during inspections.

Trent from GVG reached out. He's wanting to keep property managers in the loop with their customers tickets by adding them as a secondary contact, by editing. Problem is, now he needs to add them to 650 tickets manually. Would be great if there was a multi select

It would be good to be able to see and unarchive photos that you have archived from within the platform.

I want to be able to customise the fields within our tickets portal. I would like user to provide an acknowledgement that the person has to tick before the form is submitted that they agree they will provide access within XX days/hours of being contacted by our team.
