In the manufacturing biz, they require rigid hold points before proceeding to the next stage of works. The operations manager requested that the following stages not be actionable till the prior stage is fully closed out.

Please add a column for "Last Updated By" in the Visi list view. This is essential for tracking team activity and identifying which user is currently managing a specific Visi without having to click into each record.

It would be a huge improvement to have a "Last Updated" filter with a defined date range (e.g., a calendar month). Currently, reporting on Visis worked on within a specific period is a manual process. Adding this filter would allow us to isolate relevant data instantly, making it much faster and easier to export monthly reports.

Can we make the 'Hide empty' filter sticky? It’s tedious to manually re-enable it every time I open a project. This would save me a lot of repetitive clicking

The ability to export a list of users within the company to CSV. Minimum information to include would be their names and emails.

Completing defect want to be able to assignee it to a team rather than the overall company or individual person. This gives the team ability to assignee a defect to a team to ensure this defect is fixed. This gives a tracking ability to give a weekly update of how the team is tracking.

This is the default state i need to see as a template reviewer, and I'd like to be able to click one button to get to all of the templates I have in review

It tends to be that Visis that fall in to the "Changes Requested" state need to be dealt with urgently as they have fallen out of sequence. It would be great to be able to surface "Changes Requested" across the platform (ie in Your List, Visi Status, Notifications etc)

Internal activity log which the team can add in comments which any other viewer wont be able to see. This gives the ability to add into the teams spreadsheet for their own comments not everyone else activity log

Don't want the Head Contractor to be able to change the due date for a defect. Example don't want Built to be able to change defect dates for AirTrunk as they are owner of the project
