If resolving we should be able to send a photo of the completed works as part of the status update. The decline step gives the option for attachments, if this could be replicated in resolve and close.

With the auto responder for Ticket status changes it contains the business Logo - it would be good if we could add Signatures, or allow the template to be altered a bit more to suit the business or marketing requirements. These could be made a bit more visually appealling other than just the name and comment.

Forbes added 30+ new companies and users to their project. They want to get started on raising defects straight away, but momentum is stalling because they're waiting for subcontractors to accept their invites before any work can be assigned to them. Users/companies can't be assigned to defects or inspections until they've accepted their invite. This creates a blocker between "invite sent" and "work can begin," even though the trade responsible is already known and top of mind at the time of inspection/logging a defect. An improvement here could be allowing defects/inspections to be assigned to pending (not-yet-accepted) users or companies, so teams aren't forced to wait on invite acceptance before logging and assigning work. As there's currently no in-app notification when a subcontractor accepts their invite. This means teams wanting to stay on top of pending assignments would have to manually keep checking the members/invite page, then go back and reassign or follow up once the trade becomes active, creating unnecessary admin overhead. To reduce this burden, any defect/inspection assigned to a pending member should show a clear flag, so teams can identify at a glance which assignments are still awaiting acceptance without needing to cross-check the invite page separately.

I would like the ability to rearrange the order of my saved views within the multi-template tracker. I have created many saved views and would like to be able to order them in a certain way.

From time to time when managing DLP projects we like to send a bulk correspondence to all of the clients on the project (as an example the expiry of the non sturcutral DLP). We have the public reply for an individual ticket, would be great if we could send a bulk message to all of the people who had submitted tickets on a particular project.

Feature request: Read receipts for defect notifications It would be really useful to have read receipts / view status for defect notifications, so project teams can see whether a subby has actually opened and seen an assigned defect. Currently, when offline mode attempts to sync in low or poor reception, it causes the phone to lag and the phone battery to get chewed up. I would prefer that the phone only attempts to sync when I have a Wi-Fi connection.

For example: we require a certain concrete curing procedure if the weather reaches a certain temperature, if not we do not require it, with this concrete curing procedure we want to unlock a particular task. It would be good to unlock a task with an "IF" statement in this case.
