If I am raising incomplete works, I have to manually select the area for every defect which is a bit time consuming on app. Occasionally many of the same type of incomplete works needs to be raised, and it's easier to have multiple issues than more attachments in the same issue as it makes it less likely for them to be missed.

Similar to what is shown in the inspection tracker

Sometimes take photos on site or are sent photos Its annoying that i have to take a photo of something and then create the defect, upload the photo I have already on my phone and then delete the photo taken to create the defect Either disable this requirement or allow users to upload photo in defect creation

When looking through defects in locations, it would be good to see a single photo of the defect without clicking into it. Similar to how ‘Your list’ is setup. This will help navigate and find defects when physically in a location and scrolling a list.

Even though we didn’t toggle-on photo requirements for some defects created, we’ve noticed that some of those defects are not closed correctly. We would now like to toggle-on photo requirements for defects that have already been created.

Requested the ability to opt-in to receive notification when certain tasks are completed

This will allow us to compare progress over time
