ability to select Visis and send alerts to members/companies for outstanding works

There are many use cases for this, but its common that tasks, issues or Inspections need to be assigned, reviewed or viewed by a fixed set group of users of companies. I'd like to be able to pre-configure these groups to allow more efficient project set-up and ensure the right users are allocated to the right work.

Standard details that are consistent across an entire project such as reinforcement lap length, concrete testing minimum requirements or typical pour area mark-ups could be attached to an inspection template.

Ability to create multi-step defects (defects which include multiple dependent steps to complete and different subcontractors per step)

As some defects and issues are disputed, trades often set these as "Cant Close" and they are getting lost in the data. An In-Dispute status for issues would help keep track of all of these before they are closed out.

Pinpoint on a floor plan where defect/issue is - when logging defects or issues, it would be great to be able to drop a pin on the floorplan to pinpoint the exact location of the defect

In the manufacturing biz, they require rigid hold points before proceeding to the next stage of works. The operations manager requested that the following stages not be actionable till the prior stage is fully closed out.

At the moment, not all comments added to issues are shown on the mobile app. This has caused confusion as consultants will often add instructions/close out details to issues for subcontractors (assignees) to follow within the activity/comment section.

All scars should be able to be grouped together, as ordinarily is done with apartments to Levels. This would allow tracking of scar apartments a lot more manageable.

I want to have the ability to tag a user in the activity feed (@user) and ask them questions about the works that have been completed. They would then receive a notification, allowing them to easily find the comment. Ideally, we would have the option to show/hide these comments on the PDF export.
