Users have requested a means for someone to have to put their name to something when signing it off. “doesn’t need to be a signature but could just be a confirmation from them. At least that way someone is having to put their name to it.”

this does not work with builder and subcontractor 
i still find it reasonable to add digital signature or send the Itp or request to builder for approval and they are happy and can sign it elctronically , this way its more robust and has authority 
Visbuild approval cant be an authority just by confirming, it is a tool

Yes I would also like to have signature signoffs by subcontractors and consultants for the scope of works

In lieu of ticking a checkbox, users could create a unique initial stamp that would replace the checkbox field. Current state logs which user checks the box so there is currently an audit trail.
