Where companies have a lot of projects, projects are often managed as portfolios, where a single manager may be overseeing a group of projects (these groupings could be based on location, sector, service etc.)
It would be useful and provide more dynamic quality control at an organisational level to be able to view issues, project dashboards and trackers at a Company, Portfolio (customisable) and Project level.

  • Trends across portfolios
  • Comparison across portfolios
  • Prioritisation of higher risk portfolios
  • Separation of data sets (avoid skewed data)
