Rather than 3rd party consultants reviewing ITP's not on Visibuild and then being uploaded, it would be great to have the permission structure to allow for a 3rd party to be invited into the project as a consultant but have full access in the template library.

Email notification when a review request is cancelled on a template.

When a template is assigned to someone for review, if that person cancels or removes themselves from the assignment, no notification is sent out.
This results in us assuming the template is still progressing through review, when in fact it is sitting idle and requires us to reassign or follow up — which potentially can delay project timelines.

I would want to send my inspection templates for review to another party (with a message if required). This review process would be documented in Visibuild with all changes being made in platform.
I could then tell my subcontractors to submit their ITPs for approval directly in Visibuild and I could review/approve them.
