Bulk Add Requirements to Multiple Templates

Tom Kirk
I often need to add the same requirements to multiple templates, but currently, I have to do it individually for each one. It would be much more efficient if there was a way to bulk add requirements to multiple templates at once, saving time and effort.

Add task to multiple ITPs simultaneously

I would like the ability to add a new task or checkbox to multiple ITPs at once. Currently, I have to go into each ITP individually to add a task, which is time-consuming. A feature that allows bulk addition of tasks to ITPs would greatly improve efficiency.

Ability to change/alter previously deployed inspections. We have had inspections that have had tasks completed/photos uploaded, therefor do not want to achieve.

Edit requirements in published templates

Waqas Ahmad
Currently, I am unable to edit the requirements in a template once it is published. This limitation is problematic when circumstances change, and new control measures need to be added to a running document. It would be beneficial to have the ability to edit requirements in published templates without losing existing data.

Bulk edit option for inspection templates

Managing multiple inspections with similar requirements can be tedious. A bulk edit option would streamline the process, allowing for efficient updates across multiple templates or inspections at once, saving significant time and effort.

Hi Will,
Have you tried embedding task templates within your inspection's? This could be a solution to your problem using the existing product.
Thanks
