Big update for operating Visibuild in the field! You can now take your projects and complete inspections, completely offline 🛜
🚀 Here’s what’s new:
- Choose what to save → mark the Visis you want available offline.
- Need your attachments? → elect to save attachments so you’ve got all the info you need.
- View and complete your items with zero connection → open, update, and work in all conditions
How to save your Visis for offline use
When viewing a Visi:
- Hit the button at the bottom of the screen to 'save for offline'
- Elect if you'd like to keep your attachment offline too (note: this can use more storage space on your device.
When viewing your Visis in location lists:
- Hit the 'Select' button on the top right of the Visi list
- Select multiple Visis at once.
- Elect to save for offline at the bottom of the screen
Storage concerns?
To keep things lean, Visis that haven’t been opened in 72 hours will automatically clear from offline storage.
No more stressing about signal - your work is always with you.
