What's New
You can now schedule any of the three PC reports (Project and team performance, Common trends and root cause, and Partner performance) to send as a PDF on a set cadence. Pick daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, add your recipients, and Visibuild sends the report bounded to that period. Recipients don't need a Visibuild login, so you can send straight to a construction manager or a client.
Why it Matters
Reporting up only works if it happens every month. Right now that depends on someone remembering to export and email it. Scheduling takes that off your plate and puts the numbers in front of the people making procurement and process decisions, on time, every time.
How to Set It Up
1️⃣ Open the report you want to send
2️⃣ Set your filters
3️⃣ Click Schedule and choose a cadence
4️⃣ Add recipients, internal or external
5️⃣ Save, edit or delete it anytime from the same place
