Tired of manually selecting reviewers for client defects? Now, you can streamline your defecting process with automated approval workflows! Set up a two-step review (or more) under "Issues" in project setup, and let the system handle reviewer selection for you.
Why it Matters
Managing issues can scale into the thousands—manually assigning reviewers each time is a hassle. With this update, reviewers are automatically pre-selected based on issue types and defect rounds, saving you time and effort.
Set up Workflows
Note: The setup is only available to owning company project admins
1️⃣ Go to Issues > New Approval Workflow
2️⃣ Select the issue type
3️⃣ Choose and assign reviewers
4️⃣ Click Create—done!
