When you publish a new revision of a template, any Visis created from older revisions become out of date. Until now, the only way to deal with this was to manually archive those Visis and recreate them.
This release introduces a bulk update tool that makes it easy to safely bring eligible, out-of-date Visis up to the latest template revision.

What’s new
From the Template → Usage tab, you can now:
• Quickly see which templates have Visis that can be updated
• Review which Visis are eligible and which are not, before taking action
• Bulk update all eligible Visis in one go
Behind the scenes, Visibuild archives the old Visis and recreates them using the latest template revision. The original Visis remain archived.
Designed to be safe by default
Because this process replaces Visis (rather than merging changes), eligibility is intentionally strict. Only Visis that are considered safe to replace can be updated — typically those that haven’t started or been meaningfully edited.
This helps prevent accidental loss of work or confusion on site, while still saving hours of manual cleanup.
