Good news: Custom Visi subtypes is live now.
You can create custom subtypes across all five core Visi types (Inspections, Tasks, Issues, Defects, and Non-Conformances) in Company Setup. This means you can track things like purchaser variations, observations, safety, or site walks as their own category, instead of squeezing them into an existing type.
Subtypes flow to every project your company is part of. You can set them as defaults on templates, and they carry through to filters, exports, and reporting.

Ability to create an 'observation' visi

This would enable project teams, management and consultants visiting sites to create an 'observation', an item that is not necessarily good or bad and doesn't require any follow up actions.

Ideally when looking to create a new Issue, Safety is an additional option beyond Defect/ Incorrect Works / Incomplete Works. We see a lot of value of implementing all onsite inspections through the one system and this feature would allow this.
