Just really wanting this suggestion to move forward. We are transitioning to Visibuild and finding it hard to gain momentum with defects. New users do not have email digests set up yet, and there is nothing prompting them to review their open items. A feature to send a notification would be great.

It would be great if the subcontractors get a notification when there is a comment and when a defect has been created from Builder's end. Comments & defects are often missed unless we go in and read them. When the defects are assigned to a company, the admins should get a notification straight away. When any comments made for any tasks, a notification should be sent to the admin straight away. Please let me know if this feature is already there.

I noticed that email notifications are not sent when I assign an inspection to someone, like Eric. It would be beneficial to have email notifications for assigned inspections to ensure that the assignee is promptly informed.
