We need a way to set up a specific dashboard that shows areas with all of one defect type ready for review or closed. Currently, we find it time-consuming to manually filter through 700+ locations. A dedicated dashboard for specific defect types would streamline our process and save time.

The status quantities are reviewed daily and populated into our trackers. We review qty of ‘open’ defects daily to chase up subcontractors for any given building or level. The 'in review' qty essentially shows us how many they’ve attempted to close out and waiting on us.

I need a defect register to track structural and finishing defects. It should allow me to monitor defect status, such as whether it's resolved, pending, or in progress, and include details about the defect itself. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage and resolve defects efficiently.

When defects are grouped by Company/Location, it shows the progress bar of defects to be completed. I'm looking for the quantities of defects (open, in review or closed) to provide a summary of what's outstanding.

Currently, I have to hover over each row to get each quantity, it would be faster to grab those quantities by showing Visi status quantities in the row itself.
