There are many use cases for this, but its common that tasks, issues or Inspections need to be assigned, reviewed or viewed by a fixed set group of users of companies. I'd like to be able to pre-configure these groups to allow more efficient project set-up and ensure the right users are allocated to the right work.

In our inspections, we often have a main contractor and a subcontractor working together. It would be beneficial if we could assign multiple assignees to a single task, allowing both parties to add photos and complete their QA efficiently. This would streamline the process and ensure that inspections are closed out more quickly.

Completing defect want to be able to assignee it to a team rather than the overall company or individual person.

This gives the team ability to assignee a defect to a team to ensure this defect is fixed. This gives a tracking ability to give a weekly update of how the team is tracking.

Please add the ability to create groups of members within projects so that Visis can be assigned to them (either as assignee or reviewer). Members should not be limited to a single group.

When I'm assigning jobs, it would be easier to select the right people if I could see their crew name in their user name. If I could edit user names to include the crew name, I could quickly scan the list and select all the members of a crew at once.
